Frequently asked questions
UK customers can return items within 14 days, and international customers within 30 days. Items must be in original packaging and unused. Include your order number and the items being returned. For more details, see our returns policy.
If you would like to exchange your item(s) for a different style or colour, please contact us at info@sonalondon.co.uk with your order number and our team will assist you. The original item(s) must be returned to our returns address in an unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. For more information, please see our returns policy.
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@sonalondon.co.uk. We will provide you with a free postage label to return the item back to us. Any item returned as faulty will be inspected, and if it is deemed to be damaged/faulty, the item will be replaced on request and the postage/shipping costs refunded. Refunds are processed within 5 working days after we receive the returned items. The amount will be credited to your original payment method. Delivery costs are not refunded. You'll get a notification email once processed. If you don't receive it within 5 days, contact us at info@sonalondon.co.uk.
