We aim to ship all orders by the next working day (excluding bank holidays).

For tracked deliveries, you should receive an order dispatch email containing the tracking code for your order.

We are currently experiencing delays with Royal Mail so your order may take a little longer to arrive. Please keep this in mind when placing your order.
Returns Policy
Although we hope you love our products, we understand if you change your mind. We have tried to make it as simple as possible for you to return your items to us from wherever you are in the world.
RETURNS​
UK-based customers can return any items for any reason within 14 days of delivery. For international customers based outside the UK, this is extended to 30 days of delivery. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in an unused, undamaged condition to our returns address below. Please include your paperwork in the parcel, or a note including your order number so that the return can be processed. Please note that we will not cover the shipping/postage costs of returning the items.
For UK-based customers, we advise that you use a recorded method of delivery to post the items back to us such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery or Special Delivery, as we cannot accept responsibility for any items that are lost or stolen in transit.

For international customers, we advise that you use a FedEx/DHL to post the items back to us.

EXCHANGES
​Exchanges can be made for another style or a colour, depending on stock availability. If you would like to exchange your items, please contact us at info@sonalondon.co.uk with your order number and our team will assist you. The original items must be returned to our returns address in an unused, undamaged condition in their original packaging within 14 days of delivery. Returns costs are not refunded but the first replacement item will be sent out free of charge.

REFUNDS​
You should receive your refund within 5 working days of us having received the returned items. The refunded amount will be credited to the card/payment method used when placing the order. Refunds will only be given to items returned in an unused, undamaged condition. Once the refund has been processed, you will receive a notification email.
Please note that delivery/shipping costs are not included in the refunded amount.

FAULTY ITEMS​
In the rare and unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact us at info@sonalondon.co.uk. We will provide you with a free postage label to return the item back to us in its original packaging. Any item returned as faulty will be inspected, and if it is deemed to be damaged/faulty, the item will be replaced, exchanged or refunded on request and the postage/shipping costs refunded.
Faulty items will only be accepted if the goods are delivered to the customer damaged. Any item displaying damage deemed to be a result of wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty.
